Grayscale Files S3 for Crypto ETF Featuring XRP and Trump’s Top Crypto Picks

Grayscale recently filed an S3 updated registration declaration for its Bourse Digu de Bourse (ETF). This fund is designed to provide diversified exhibition to a wide range of cryptocurrencies, including the main altcoins like Ethereum (ETH), Solana (Sol), Cardano (ADA) and XRP.

As part of this initiative, Nyse Arca submitted a 19B-4 application distinct on October 15, 2024 to list the actions of the Grayscale Digital Large Cap Etf (GDLC). This request is currently being examined by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of the United States, with key deadlines approaching. The SEC has established an initial decision -making date for May 3, with a final decision expected by July 2.

“Today, we have filed a registration declaration on the S-3 form to record the actions of Grayscale Digital with a large capitalization of Fund (Ticker: GDLC) under the ACT Securities of 1933. This is another important step towards the highlighting of GDLC as ETP.

Grayscale has clearly indicated that he will not go ahead with the launch of the ETF, unless he receives the approval of the dry for the NYSE Arca list. The composition of the GDLC fund includes Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), XRP, Solana (Sol) and Cardano (ADA) – the same digital assets formerly mentioned by President Donald Trump as potential components of a “stock of digital assets”.

The concept of ETF Index, which has already proven itself with traditional markets such as Nasdaq and S&P 500, is gaining ground in the world of cryptography. Investors are increasingly attracted to these funds for their ability to provide diversification without the need to manage individual assets. Graycale’s approach aims to capitalize on this trend by offering a simple and effective means for retail and institutional investors to expose themselves to the most efficient digital assets.
