A gunman opened fire at 345 Park Avenue in New York City, killing four people, including a police officer and a Blackstone executive. Authorities say the shooter left a note claiming he had CTE, a brain disease linked to repeated head trauma. He was targeting the headquarters of the NFL in the same building, Mayor Eric Adams said.
