The S&P U.S. Technology REIT Index is designed to measure the performance of all U.S.-domiciled REITs whose primary business is to support the technology-related themes of internet communications, digital infrastructure, and supply chain logistics, as well as the growth of e-commerce. REITs that own and operate communications towers, data centers, and industrial properties are included.
