The S&P U.S. Dividend Growers VA RC2 7.5% Index applies Risk Control 2.0 to the S&P U.S. Dividend Growers Index and then attempts to further stabilize the level of volatility by applying a volatility adjustment factor (VAF) based on the realized volatility of the final index levels. The index uses the effective Federal Funds Rate as the discount rate.
