America-First Capital Is Reshaping Markets and Economies [podcast]

In this video podcast, I present a convincing argument according to which the philosophy of “America-d’Abord”, in particular the “Trump 2.0 presidency”, fundamentally reshapes the world capital market. This philosophy obliges to access the US consumer market, companies must manufacture and establish their activities in the United States, mainly to avoid prohibitive prices. This has led to a significant redirection of world investment capital, called “American capital of America”, which distances funds from other regions and concentrates them in the United States

I highlight the immense scale of this influx of capital, citing billions of dollars of planned investments in countries like Japan and businesses like Astra Zeneca. This phenomenon should provoke economic stress in other parts of the world, including Europe, Africa, Latin America and India because they are “hungry in capital”. By looking at a deeper level, the global market could be considered to be branching in two main poles: America, as a dominant Western market, and China, which offers an alternative consumption market for companies that do not have or unable to meet the requirements of “construction in America”.

Good people, companies must have stores in America because America’s premier capital will lead a new era for American consumers, even if they may be overheating when the supply will become limitless and without constraint in one place. I do not see how a company may think that it has a credible future without an American game book, because if companies send their capital to America, many savings will only play indirect aid in the balance sheets!
