Almost 58% of Argentines said they did not trust President Javier Milei following his involvement in the cryptography scandal of $ 4.6 billion balanced, according to a recent survey.
“More than a month after the cryptography fraud scandal, to what extent do you trust Milei today?” The Zuban Córdoba survey platform asked 1,600 respondents in its recently published March survey, to which 57.6% replied that they disapprove of it, while 36% said that Milei still had their confidence.

It was the first time that the question was asked in a Zuban Córdoba survey. However, several other measures, such as the image of Milei and the approval rating of national management, have dropped considerably in recent months.
The latter of these measures, for example, increased from 47.3% in November to 41.6% in March.
“Fifty-eight percent disapprove of Javier Milei’s direction. Negativity increases slowly but regularly and does not seem to find a ceiling,” said Zuban Córdoba.
“The change in tone and evaluation of the government is consolidated as increasingly problematic fronts appear on the political agenda.”
Zuban Córdoba conducted its study between March 12 and March 14, and the sample size of 1,600 participants had a 95% level of confidence and a 2.45% sampling error.
Another survey of the University of San Andrés conducted from March 11 to 20 with 1,020 respondents revealed that Milei’s approval rating fell by 45%.
However, not all polls paint the same painting by President Milei.
The data collected from morning consult between February 27 and March 5 indicates that Milei still had an approval rating of 62.4% after the scandal of the balance.
