Large changes arrive in crypto – at least if you ask Austin King, co -founder of the OMNI channel. After attending the XRP Las Vegas event, King shared a daring prediction that makes waves across industry: “The next two years will always change crypto.”
Clear regulations on the rise in institutional interest, King thinks that we are entering a turning point that pushes the crypto in its next major chapter.
Regulatory clarity is almost there
According to King, the American government is finally getting closer to the supply of clear regulations in cryptography. This could be a major breakthrough for industry, which has spent years operating in uncertainty.
He sees this alignment with the growing involvement of the main financial players. Institutions like Blackrock and Fidelity have already launched Bitcoin and Ethers Ethereum, and Michael Saylor’s Bitcoin strategy continues to gain ground.
King thinks that this change will help to legitimize crypto in a way that unlocks long -term growth and adoption.
Institutions change their melody
King has also thought about what has changed in the past decade. He noted that for years, the crypto had to defend itself against criticism against central banks, regulators and traditional financial institutions that did not believe it.
Now many of these same institutions are investing. The purchase of Bitcoin of $ 1.5 billion from Tesla in 2021, followed by certain sales, and the participation of companies like SpaceX show how institutional interest increases quickly.

“Over the next 2 years, you will see a large amount of liquidity turning companies based on marketing to projects stimulating a real impact,” he predicted.

King hopes the future of cryptocurrency because he sees it as a reconstruction of the global financial system.
