Jerome Powell Agrees to Work with Lawmakers to Address Crypto Debanking

In a bold decision, the president of the federal reserve Jerome Powell called for a “new look” on the gambling, following criticism that the crypto industry is refused access to banking services.

During a hearing of the senatorial banking committee Tuesday, Tim Scott, chairman of the committee, asked Jerome Powell if he worked together to ensure that the financial regulations are correct and do not impose unnecessary charges, on which Powell Accepted to collaborate with Tim Scott, declaring that the federal reserve aims to avoid unnecessary charges.

He also explained that it is important to reassess the question of the gambling. “We do not intentionally do these things, but sometimes the regulations lead things to happen and we have to work there,” added Powell.

Scott asked Powell if he would undertake to collaborate with the legislators to put an end to his dispenser, to which Powell agreed, saying “yes”.

Crypto Debanking is once again a hot topic in Washington, legislators holding audiences and launching surveys on the issue. Last week, the room and the Senate held two hearings to respond to concern.
