“Bitdu Pro App” Identified as Fraudulent and Unaffiliated
London, July 2025 – Global leader Digital Asset Exchange issued an official clarification concerning the emergence of a misleading application entitled “Bitdu Pro App”, which wrongly claims to represent the Bitdu platform. Based on the complaints of user and internal surveys, the application was identified as a tool of fraudulent third party involved in scam activities which include the restraint of user withdrawals, the demanding of false taxes and displaying manufactured profits.
The reports of this application began to surface on online platforms, notably Reddit, where users in communities like R / Cryptoscams have warned other people of suspicious behavior linked to the “Bitdu Pro” application. These reports triggered an in -depth survey by Bitdu compliance and safety teams, who confirmed that the application was entirely affiliated with Bitdu and was never developed, approved or recognized by the company in any form whatsoever.
“We take the abusive use of our brand very seriously,” said Yvonne, a global communications director at Bitdu. “Our mission has always been to provide a secure, transparent and fully compliant commercial environment for users around the world. This type of identity not only harms our reputation, but also puts our users in danger. ”
Bitdu stressed that it operates exclusively under the name of “Bitdu”, and its only official access point is the website www.bitdu.com. The company has never published applications or services under names such as “Bitdu Pro”, “Bitdu Lite” or similar variants. Any application or platform bearing these names must be treated as suspect and immediately reported.
To strengthen user confidence and mitigate potential damage, Bitdu has launched a response strategy for several components:
– Establishment of direct direct warnings and e-mail alerts to world users
– Report of the fraudulent application on Google Play, Apple App Store and other relevant platforms for withdrawal
– improved monitoring on social networks, application stores and blockchain forums to detect and remove the unauthorized brand
– Collaboration with Cybersecurity Partners to trace scam networks
