Has PopOK Gaming infringed on intellectual property rights?

The Spribe game developer accuses the Popok game of distributing a game of painting resembling the Aviator game of Spribe. According to the developer, it is a violation of intellectual property rights.
The company’s declaration indicates that Spribe is the only owner of intellectual property rights on the Aviator game. The rights of the company include recording for several brands used for the game logo. In addition, the Spribe game is tested and certified in more than 30 jurisdictions and is available on platforms offering the best Aviator game applications. The operators are informed of the unauthorized copies of Aviator.
Popok Gaming is accused of being just that – an unauthorized third party who tried to sell customers a game that had not only a similar concept and design, but was even called Aviator. The company said it offered exactly the original game. But the company called on consumers to let them know that these games were not authorized by IT and violated Spribe’s intellectual property rights. The game offered by Popok Gaming is falsely associated with the brand, which means that they intentionally induce players.
The company, whose headquarters are in Poland, stressed that it was taking the question very seriously and can take legal action. He urged operators to determine whether their platform offers unauthorized and destroyed versions of Aviator copyright and to delete all these games without delay. If this is not done, the consequences could be very unpleasant.
It is crucial that Spribe affirms his copyright for several reasons. For example, it has expanded its partnership with the UFC – the game logo will now be well placed on the octagon at each event in the world. The new partnership will also allow UFC to execute social media campaigns Dedicated to the game and organize “Hospitality Premium”.
In addition, Spribe has teamed up with WWE – This partnership includes the brand image placed during major events, which is agreed in advance. Aviator is also the “official crash game” of the Italian football giant AC Milan, while Spribe holds the title of “official crash game partner”. Unsurprisingly, society cares so much about copyright and reputation.
