CoinFund President: RWA Tokens Democratize Investing

Real asset tokens (RWA) can democratize access to investments previously inaccessible to retail merchants, similar to the way in which the funds negotiated on the stock market (ETF) widened retail access to financial instruments when they made their debut in 1993, according to Christopher Perkins, President and Director of the Co -Co -Co -Fund company.

“I think the tokens are the new ETFs,” Perkins at Cointelegraph told an interview. The executive said that the Rwas Tokenized, which are negotiating 24/7 on world -scale markets, reduce the information asymmetry which has generally prevented retail investors outside private investments under existing accreditation laws. He added:

“Ordinary people cannot access private markets. They are deprived of their nature. And if you look at the United States today, around 81% of companies – this is a BlackRock statistic – with $ 100 million in income are private.

Essentially, this leaves ordinary people, normal people, very little access to what is the most exciting and most innovative companies, “he continued.

The RWA tokenized offer a convincing use case for blockchain technology which can increase the speed of capital, allow the funding by the fractionalization of assets, create new types of guarantee for decentralized financing applications (DEFI), revision of current capital training structures and democratize the access of investors to world capital markets.

The number of public companies has dropped by around 50% since the 1990s, according to the executive. “We collect less money on public procurement, which makes no sense,” he added.
