Devexperts and Forex CRM Provider EAERA Merge Trading and Client Management ⋅ Crypto World Echo

Devexperts has integrated EAERA’scustomer relationship management (CRM) system into its DXtrade platform,allowing brokers to access CRM tools directly within the trading environment.

The move links back-office automation ofEAERA, the technology provider for forex companies, with DXtrade’s tradinginfrastructure. The integration offers brokers usingDXtrade access to EAERA’s tools for onboarding, compliance, performancetracking, and client segmentation.

Its features reportedly includeautomated KYC flows, dashboards for monitoring trading behavior, role-basedaccess for staff, and affiliate management tools.

Automation Added to TradingInfrastructure

According to DXTrade, the CRM systemenables brokers to monitor and manage trader activity through a singleinterface. Functions such as trader acquisition, verification, and ongoingengagement can now be handled without switching platforms.

“EAERA’s CRM is designed to empower FXbrokers and prop firms with real-time insights, smart segmentation, andstreamlined operations. Integrating with DXtrade allows us to bring this powerdirectly into the trading environment, enabling brokers to deliver betteroutcomes for their traders,” commented Quan Ta, the CEO of EAERA.

EAERA also incorporates AI-basedsegmentation features to categorize clients by behavior. According to bothfirms, the integration aims to streamline brokerage operations byconnecting client management and trading tools.

DXtrade is a multi-asset tradingplatform with cloud-based deployment and risk controls. It supports white-labeluse and is designed to operate across desktop and mobile devices. The system isused by brokers and proprietary trading firms and includes features such asconfigurable trading permissions and order routing.

Use Cases for Prop Firms and Brokers

The new integration is positioned tosupport brokers working with performance-based models, particularly inproprietary trading. Tools for real-time insight into trading behavior remain akey part of DXtrade’s analytics suite.

Also, this month, the multi-broker Blueberry announced TradingView integration via its DXtrade platform. This step sought to enabletraders and sub-brokers to get direct access to Devexperts’ charting andanalysis tools.

Previously, the Sydney-based broker added DXtrade inFebruary for its foreign exchange and CFD traders. According to theannouncement, these users can tap into TradingView’s full suite of featureswithout leaving the DXtrade environment.
