Ether ETP Inflows Break 2024 Totals At $6.2B: CoinShares

Cryptocurrency investment products displayed record entries last week when they recorded gains for a 14th consecutive week.

Global Crypto Exchange Traded Products (ETPs) recorded $ 4.4 billion in entries for the negotiation week which ended on Friday, Coinshares reported on Monday.

The entries occurred in the middle of Bitcoin (BTC) exceeding $ 122,000 for the first time on July 14, then falling to an intraweek hollow of around $ 116,000 before finishing the negotiation week at around $ 120,000, according to Coingecko data.

With the new gains, the entries of the year at the start of the year (YTD) in ETP Crypto climbed to a new top of $ 27 billion, while total assets under management (AUM) have for the first time broke $ 220 billion.

ETHE ETP inputs exceed the 2024 totals

Ether (ETH) ETPS established several records last week, with 2025 entries exceeding 2024 total at 6.2 billion dollars, while weekly entries reached double the previous record at 2.12 billion dollars, wrote the Coinshares research chief in the report.

The last entries came when ETH exceeded $ 3,500 for the first time since early January. The summits followed several months of downward pressure which pushed the ETH below $ 1,500 in April, according to Coingecko.

“The last 13 weeks of entries now represent 23% Ethereum Aum,” noted Butterfill.

New bitcoins do not disturb the ETP entrances

The Bitcoin ETP entries remained resilient while the BTC has reached new peaks of all time, contrasting with the slowdown observed in early July, a dip butterfly attributed to increasing caution as Bitcoin approached record levels.

According to the latest update, Bitcoin Funds posted $ 2.2 billion in entries last week, representing 50% of the total ETP Crypto entries.
