Despite the rich lineup, numerous users report problems downloading Diablo IV via the PlayStation App. It shows as included, but upon selecting download, an error message appears stating: “Not available for ,” and this seems to be happening even to eligible subscribers.
On Reddit, a frustrated user from India noted: “Diablo IV says `not available for purchase.’ Can’t even roll out the games properly.”
Another one added: “Same here… Sony really need to sort out how they manage PS Store licenses.”
A simple workaround has been found. Go directly to the PS Plus tile on a PS5, not the app. From there, choose the PS Plus version of Diablo IV from the dropdown menu. This lets users claim the game. It’s not ideal for those who prefer mobile access.
Push Square notes beta may see an ‘already own’ error. A fix is expected soon.
