By delivering high quality cargoes, also called “premium deliveries”, to cosplayer, players can increase their confidence and promote a stronger relationship. By reaching the level of connection 3 or higher, the cosplayer will reward the player with the Otter hood as a token of their improved link.
Once you have unlocked it, you can recover the menu from your private locker or the equipment manufacturing menu.
