SEC has officially closed its investigation into Crypto.com, CEO says

The US Securities and Exchange Commission officially closed its investigation into Crypto.com, without any measure against the Crypto Exchange, according to the CEO of the company, Kris Marszalek.

He occurs seven months after the SEC published a well opinion at the cryptographic platform in August, signaling his intention to bring legal action against the cabinet.

“They used all the tools available to try to suffocate us, restricting access to banking services, auditors, investors and beyond. It was a calculated attempt to end the industry,” said Marszalek in a post on March 27.

“The fact that we not only persevered but become stronger testifies to our vision and the community that supports it. From!”

Crypto.com filed a complaint against the dry in October, accusing the commission led by Gary Gensler of going beyond its authority and of adopting a “erroneous” approach to cryptographic regulations.

This is a history in development, and additional information will be added as it will be available.
