I Support DEI in America But Nigerians Do Not Need DEI, And DEI is Not Quota System

I support Dei in America but the Nigerians do not need Dei, and Dei is not a quota system

Composite comment: Your article on the Nigerians of outperformance in America shows that Dei is not necessary. However, you continue to prove that diversity in Dei is important in the United States.

My answer: Nigerians do not need Dei in America. Thus, the Nigerians in the Dei game are really bad for people who need Dei. I mean, how do you compare the best students with their classes that America likes to import to medium minorities? NDUBUISI does not need a dei but that does not mean that certain native minorities in America do not deserve.

This speaker in the video Do not get the real problem on Dei: while Nigerians do not need help because we are privileged, native minorities need it because they are deprived of many things.

In Nigeria, education is funded by a central bag as part of the UBE fund, which means that each child has the same budget in the public school system. In America, it is not history: it is financed mainly from local real estate tax. This means where you were born, determines your school, and if your school is broken, even if you are good, you will be revived.

The Nigerians in Nigeria did not have this institutionalized discrimination and that is why Ndubusi, despite life in the village, the best teachers in Nigeria, as large as Kings College. In America, it would be impossible because my village tax would not have financed these great teachers even when the Kings College would have had more than sufficient.

By looking at it from this angle, I say that the native minorities deserve support via a positive or diversity action because they are confronted with many chances that many of us do not have it. The fact that you can afford a plane ticket to the United States from Nigeria means that you are already busy. And until America finances its public school at the center, we need D to Dei! But no Nigerian in America deserves to benefit from Dei because we are much more than averages.

Note: the quota system in Nigeria is not dei. The quota system is bad and terrible because unlike America, everyone in Nigeria has equal chances. I support it because of institutionalized discrimination even if I hate the quota system in Nigeria.

Nigerians in America are the most working people I have known
