Sun obtained its headquarters in 2021 by winning an $ 28 million charity auction organized by Blue Origin. The organization donated the product of the auctions to “Club for the Future”, a foundation focused on STEM supported by Blue Origin.
Although originally planned for a previous flight, Sun’s trip has been postponed so far. The NS-34 will be the 34th mission of New Shepard and the 14th carrying human passengers.
In addition, the rocket is a suborbital and reusable launch vehicle designed for short space flights crossing the Kármán line. It is the internationally recognized border of space 100 kilometers above the earth.
The flight will last about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, passengers will suffer several minutes of weightlessness before the capsule returns to earth using parachutes.
All launches take place from the Blue Origin One launch site in western Texas.
In particular, the new Shepard is distinct from the largest orbital rocket in Blue Origin, the new Glenn. While New Glenn is intended for satellite launches and interplanetary missions, the new Shepard focuses on suborbital tourism and useful scientific charges.

While Chun Wang, co-founder of a major Bitcoin mining swimming pool, has become the first cryptographic entrepreneur to fly away for space on a SpaceX orbital mission earlier this year, Sun will be the first leader in cryptographic industry to do so on Blue Origin.
Meanwhile, a live flow from the launch of the NS-34 will be available on the Blue Origin website. The company has not yet announced the final launch date.
