Klarna has just reduced 40% of her workers: “Klarna, the Swedish Fintech giant known for its purchase-plus purchase services, radically reduced its workforce by almost 40%-a displacement of the company’s attributes to a combination of integration of artificial intelligence and natural attrition.”
But that should not surprise us when you remember the scene which was one of the most politically fatal advertisements created by Obama against Mitt Romney for the American presidency. In this announcement, the men built a scene to organize a meeting of the town hall for a new owner, and Romney walked on this scene to dismiss them. They never forgot how they were preparing, worked hard, to build this stage, to be dismissed on this scene!

While we improve AI, AI will create job dislocations in many companies, even AI opens up new outlook for opportunities. And those who execute their AI projects will actually have to lose their jobs if they were successful. You cannot invent: your work is to improve the AI system so that your work takes place!
