Warning: This article contains a video that can be disturbing for some readers.

A cheeky attempt to kidnap the daughter and grandson of Pierre Noizat, the co-founder and CEO of French Crypto Paymium, was thwarted after the girl and the passers-by would have fought the kidnappers.

Three masked men attacked the daughter of Noizat and a male partner on May 13 while she was walking with her son in the 11th district of Paris. The attackers tried to force the daughter of Noizat and her son in a pending van, reported on May 13.

The male partner who accompanied him was attacked when he tried to intervene, but the daughter of Noizat resisted and managed to remove one of the weapons of an attacker in a fight and to throw it, said the police.

Finally, the people who pass by intervened, and the masked attackers fled in the van, which was found nearby. The three victims were injured and were taken to a local hospital.

The local store Le Parisien reported that the kidnapping of sloppy daylight was under investigation by the brigade for the abolition of banditry, a special police unit of the French Ministry of the Interior.

Michael Englander, co-founder and CEO of Polish Crypto Exchange Plasbit, said that this incident should serve as a awakening for the rest of the industry.

“If you are in crypto and you always make it display online, you are not only stupid, you put your family in danger,” he said in an article from May 13 to X.
