My position is that 25% of the Nigerian military budget non-personal should be spent on Nigerian companies and startups, for the development of systems and production. If we implement this policy when I pushed it in 2017, Nigeria today would be a net exporter of military quality gadgets because many defense -related startups would have mushrooms. Of course, defense gadgets, not offense.
So, reading that a Nigerian agency examines a construction where people with ideas could be supported, I want to share in case there are young people with great ideas.
