To thrive in the markets, you must accumulate capabilities. But greatness comes when you master how to combine these abilities. Don’t let your environment constantly define your paths, as lifeless feathers do on the waters. For these feathers, the water will shed and move them wherever the water flows. Be like the dragonfly which, despite the gentleness of the water currents, arrives at its destination.

The world is experiencing a structural overhaul in many areas, economic, technological, etc. The era of the innovation society that began towards the end of the 18th century, ending the era of the invention society, is now giving way to the era of the accelerated society. For individuals, organizations and nations, only bold and dynamic businesses will thrive, as scarcity, amidst abundance, will be unprecedented, for many who cannot adapt and recalibrate.
