Pi Network Users Vent Over KYC Troubles, Here’s a Simple Guide to Pass Verification

If you have had connection problems in your Network PI account lately, you are not alone. An increasing number of users have reported connection problems, many accidentally creating new accounts in the process. But don’t panic. There is an easy way to come back to your original account without losing your extract PI.

Current connection problems and how to solve them

The PI network team has shared a few useful steps for users with the recovery of the account:

  1. Use the same connection method you have chosen in recording:
    If you have registered using Facebook or your phone number and your password, be sure to connect with the same option.
  2. Avoid creating a new username:
    If you are invited to create a new username, stop there. This probably means you use the wrong connection method. Try to switch to the other option you may have used when registering.
  3. For Facebook users:
    Press “Continue with Facebook” when you log into.
  4. For phone number users:
    Press “Continue with the phone number” and enter your recorded details.
  5. Have you forgotten your password?
    No worries – just press “Forgotten password” or “Recover the account” and follow the instructions on the screen.

Important reminder:

If you accidentally create a new account, your PI extracted from your original account is not lost. Just use the correct connection method to recover your original account.

Although the connection problems persist, another concern to tour the PI community is the KYC process complicated (knowing your customer). A user underlined, “It is worrying that so many people are struggling with KYC. We must make this process clearer and more accessible for everyone.
