The S&P China A MidCap 500 Index is designed to measure the performance of the mid-cap segment of the China A-shares universe that is traded on the Shenzhen or Shanghai exchange. When combined, the S&P China A 300 Index, S&P China A MidCap 500 Index, and S&P China SmallCap 1000 Index form the S&P China A 1800 Index.
