S&P Kensho Wearables Index

The S&P Kensho Wearables Index is designed to measure the performance of companies focused on wearable and implantable technologies for consumer, military, and medical uses.

A subsector index within the S&P Kensho New Economy Index Series, the S&P Kensho Wearables Index intends to represent companies involved in the development of wearable technologies, including smartwatches, fitness trackers, and wearable cameras. Future wearables hold the promise of integrating and connecting us in innovative ways. Present and future wearables are to be more portable than many of their precursor technologies, and integrate more seamlessly into users’ daily lives and use patterns.
