Terraform Labs Founder Do Kwon Will Plead Guilty to Fraud Charges

Do Kwon, founder of Terraform Labs, will plead guilty for several crime charges, including fraud, conspiracy, money laundering, etc.
These charges in total could lead to a maximum sentence of 100 years. It is not currently known whether or not to conclude a plea or rely on the mercy of the courts.
Kwon pleads guilty
Do Kwon, founder of Terraform Labs, has been wrapped in a series of legal battles since the collapse of stablecoin terrausd and the Luna token in 2022. After his subsequent arrest in Montenegro and extradition in the United States, he faced an intimidating series of nine federal accusations. Today, he agreed to familiarize himself there:
Journalists said DO Kwon would completely avoid a trial by entering a plea in guilt in advance. However, this is a very serious decision. If he is found guilty of the nine accusations, he could receive up to 100 years in prison.
Based on court documents, we do not know what its global strategy is here. The guilty pleadings are often part of a plan to testify against the potential co-conspirators, but Do Kwon is the central figure of this incident.
His speech “will incorporate all the elements of the infractions (s) [he] Plead guilty ”, but the evidence accessible to the public no longer give us clues. For the moment, all we can say is that this historic trial will not take place as planned.
The founder of Post Terraform Labs, Do Kwon, will plead guilty of fraud to accusations of fraud compared to Beincrypto.
