Terraform Labs has extended the deadline for the victims in order to file their complaints for loss of crypto through its official portal. With the new deadline set for May 16, 2025, thousands of affected users now have more time to collect documents and subject proof to claim their losses.

Terraform Labs, the company behind the Terra USD Falls token and Luna Coin, is currently finishing operations after having filed a bankruptcy. As part of this process, he launched a portal for loss of online crypto to allow assigned users to file complaints for their crypto losses.
Earlier, the deadline for submitting complaints was set for April 30. However, the company has now extended the deadline until May 16, 2025, at 11:59 p.m., giving creditors for more time to submit their complaints and download the required documents.
Meanwhile, the fastest and most reliable way to check your assets is through preferred evidence, such as API keys in reading alone from major exchanges or portfolio checks.
Manual proof of submission, such as screenshots or transaction newspapers are authorized, but this method could cause delays or even a disqualification if favorite evidence is available and not used.
Who is eligible?
To be eligible, applicants must have undergone losses of the cryptocurrencies listed under “cryptocurrencies at an eligible loss”. These include tokens which were part of the terra ecosystem but exclude certain participations like Luna 2.0 on Terra 2.0 or parts with very low online liquidity (less than $ 100).

How and where to submit your complaint?
Users can visit the claims.terra.Money to submit their complaints. It is important to fill out and submit the crypto loss request form with all the necessary documents before the final deadline of May 16, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. HE. All complaints submitted after this time will not be accepted.
What if you miss the deadline?
If you are the victim of the collapse of the terra, it may be your best shot in recovery of losses. However, not to submit a complaint before May 16 means that you will probably lose your chance to recover the losses.
