President Donald Trump, April 10, signed a joint resolution of the congress reversing a rule of the Biden era which requires decentralized finance protocols (DEFI) to report to the country’s tax authority, the internal returned service.
The rule would have required DEFI platforms, such as decentralized grants, to deposit their gross product for the sale of crypto and include information on the persons involved in transactions.
Trump was widely supposed to sign the bill, as said by the White House and Tsar Crypto David Sacks in March that the president would support the death of the measure.
This is a history in development, and additional information will be added as it will be available.
