Tuttle Capital Seeks SEC Approval for ETFs Covering Ripple (XRP), Cardano (ADA), Chainlink (LINK), Polkadot (DOT), and Bonk

Tuttle Capital wants to bring some major changes in the industry with a proposal – the first-ever ETFs tied to XRP, Cardano, Chainlink, Polkadot, and Bonk. The firm’s 10 filings include leveraged ETFs for XRP, Bonk, Solana, and others, to let investors double down on daily price swings (for better or worse).
This comes as the SEC sees a leadership shift, with crypto-sympathetic Mark Uyeda stepping in as acting chair, which brings speculation that a potential Trump administration might greenlight these risky bets.
Tuttle isn’t alone. Recent filings from Osprey and REX Shares target Dogecoin, Solana, and more, so there’s a race to bring niche crypto assets into mainstream finance.
As regulators weigh these proposals, one thing’s clear – the floodgates are cracking open. Whether this marks a new era of crypto accessibility or a regulatory minefield, Wall Street’s appetite for crypto innovation shows no signs of slowing.
