India Fires Missiles Into Pakistan, Officials Say

India pulled missiles from a territory controlled by Pakistani on Wednesday, killing at least one person and injuring two others, according to Pakistani officials.
India said in a statement that it targeted at least nine sites “where terrorist attacks against India have been planned”.
A Pakistani security official told the Associated Press that a missile had struck a mosque in Bahawalpur in Punjab, killing a child and injuring a woman and a man.
The attack comes while tensions increased between the two nuclear arms neighbors after a group of activists attacked tourists in the part controlled by the Indians 15 days ago, killing 26 people and injuring more than a dozen
India has accused Pakistan of being involved in the attack, which the Pakistani government has denied. The two countries fought on cashmere, a region they share for decades.
It’s a story in development.
