Upbit and Bithumb Are Listing 2 New Crypto Tokens Today

The main exchanges of southern Korea crypto, Upbit and Bithumb, have announced today the list of two new altcoins: Hyperlan (Hyper) and Babylon (baby).

After the announcement, the two Altcoins experienced significant gains, with a hyper-increase of more than 100%.

In an official opinion, Upbit, the largest cryptocurrency purse in South Korea by volume exchange, announced that it would list the baby token. The token will be available for trading against Bitcoin pairs (BTC) and Tether (USDT), offering users more options to exchange this Altcoin. Trading will start at 4:00 p.m. Korean standard time (KST).

In addition, the scholarship will add commercial support for hyper against the Korean Won pair (KRW), allowing local investors to engage with Altcoin in their native currency.

Hyper / Krw Trading will start at 5:00 p.m. These announcements follow the initial introduction by Upbit to hyper against BTC and USDT pairs at the end of May.

“Please make sure you check the network before depositing digital assets. Deposits / withdrawals via networks other than the network indicated will not be supported,” said the notice.

Meanwhile, Bithumb, the second exchange, also confirmed the addition of the hyper / krw spot trading pair. Similar to Upbit, trading will start at 5:00 p.m.

The announcement sparked immediate market reactions. Hyper, the token from the interoperability protocol, hyperlan, saw a three -digit increase. It was negotiated at around $ 0.151 before the news, but quickly increased to $ 0.348.

This reflected a remarkable increase of 130%. At the time of the press, Hyper was negotiated at $ 0.31, now a gain of 102.59%.

In addition, the baby crypto token from the Babylon protocol experienced a net of 21% after the list announced, but then moderated. It was negotiated at $ 0.052 at the time of the press, up 10.69%.

The recent increase in prices highlights the growing influence of southern Korea crypto exchanges on altcoin performance.
