Where Tsunamis Have Hit So Far After Massive Earthquake

The sixth strongest earthquake ever recorded has sparked waves of several feet high towards the coastal areas of the world.

The Pacific Ocean countries have been placed at different degrees of alerts for the planned tsunamis.

Although it is still too early to fully assess the extent to which natural disaster could be damaging, the authorities generally advised residents in areas at risk of looking for higher land and avoiding coasts.

Russia
