WhiteRock Founder To Be Extradited Over $30M ZKasino Case: ZachXBT
The authorities of the United Arab Emirates (water) would have taken Ilham, the founder of the decentralized financial protocol Whiterock Finance, in police custody as part of allegations on a $ 30 million scam via Zkasino.
According to a post of Thursday X of the Sleuth Crypto Zachxbt, the water authorities arrested Ilham as part of a investigation into “large -scale fraud” surrounding Zkasino. Zachxbt’s report suggests that Whiterock was linked to the collection of $ 30 million in Zkasino.
The alleged investor scam followed the launch of Zkasino in April 2024, the platform promising an air card from its native token to select users. However, reports indicate that more than a year later, the funds have still not been returned.
In April 2024, the Dutch authorities arrested a 26 -year -old man – the cryptographic personality Elham Nourzai – on allegations of fraud, embezzlement and money laundering, citing his involvement in the Zkasino scam.
According to Zachxbt, Ilham’s arrest is linked to the investigation against Nourzai and Zkasino, with its extradition procedure in the current Netherlands.
Lior Ben Zakan, another person suspected of being involved in the case, was not mentioned in the arrest report.
